At TwirlWind Boutique, we do NOT accept returns or offer refunds at this time. However, we are happy to issue a store credit once the following conditions have been met:

Store Credit Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all labels attached.
  • Items cannot be worn, altered, or damaged and must be free of stains, colors, or debris.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to qualify for store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to Return for Store Credit

  1. Ensure your item meets all eligibility criteria.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a store credit via email.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Accessories, undergarments, and swimwear for hygiene reasons
  • Any item that does not meet the eligibility criteria

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
