At TwirlWind Boutique, we do NOT accept returns or offer refunds at this time. However, we are happy to issue a store credit once the following conditions have been met:
Store Credit Eligibility
- Items must be returned in original condition with all labels attached.
- Items cannot be worn, altered, or damaged and must be free of stains, colors, or debris.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to qualify for store credit.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Accessories, undergarments, and swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Any item that does not meet the eligibility criteria
Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
